About HomeCycle CT
Making sustainability accessible by connecting people with resources to reuse materials, reduce waste, and reinvest in local communities.
Our Story
Founded in 2023 by Oliver Vynerib, a Staples High School senior in Westport, CT, HomeCycle CT was created to make sustainable building and material donations simple and accessible.
We partner with homeowners, builders, and nonprofits to reuse building materials that would otherwise end up in landfills, creating environmental, social, and financial benefits for everyone involved.
Recognized with the 2025 Town of Westport Green Building Award for environmental innovation and leadership in sustainable building practices.
